Panmed staff has been working within the Irish biomedical device industry, Europe’s 3rd. largest, since 1978.

Since 1984, the Irish staff have had strong business relationship with the MEDICA Group. This relationship was strengthened when Panmed was established in 1993, and Panmed became the local agents, and later distributors, for the MEDICA Group.

Since that time both companies and their staff have been working together in the development of Medical Devices and Manufacturing Equipment for the Health-care Industry.

Panmed has participated in R&D and Technology Transfer projects, Quality System development within the Group, and expanded the market for group products in Éire and the UK.
